Hmh this is really strange (and I'm quite late). I wasn't able to reproduce
this bug but anyway DST is over here so I can't really do more tests without
messing a little too much with my system at the moment.

Did you manage to fix this?

Is your timezone correctly configured in orage properties ? Is the
output of date correct ? Did you restart orage since the DST
occurred ?

DST didn't occurred yet here but I'll try to do some tests soon.
