cecilia (2.0.5-2) is a gui for csound, written in Tcl/Tk and as such
built for architecture:all and dependant on csound.
Last csound version has however dropped support for 64 bits
architectures:

Therefore either the cecilia architecture: all or the dependancy on
csound should be changed to reflect this or it will cause unmet
dependancies on 64 bits architectures.
