Package: newsbeuter Version: newsbeuter should report an error, if it cannot read an included file Severity: minor
Ok, in my config file I have this: ,---- | # key-binding | include "~/.newsbeuter/colors" | include keys `---- It seems, the files given to include need to have an absolute path. I would expect that the file keys in would be tried to read in ~/.newsbeuter/ However this does not seem to be the case, as the statements are not read in. So newsbeuter should at least complain about not being able to read the given file. However the debug logfile says this: newsbeuter -d log.txt -l 5 [2007-08-12 20:14:44] WARNING: configparser::parse: file /home/chrisbra/.newsbeuter/keys couldn't be opened It qould be good, if an error message would be given to the use, when starting newsbeuter. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-686 Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
