When gqview is set to show thumbnails for images in the image list, and you delete some images while it's loading these thumbnails, it does not calculate the progress correctly anymore. When the progressbar is (nearly) full, libgtk starts spitting out warnings at the terminal -- if you started gqview from a terminal window at least: (gqview:7062): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_progress_set_percentage: assertion `percentage >= 0 && percentage <= 1.0' failed Apparently the deleted images are substracted from the total amount used in calculating progress, but the progress is tracked by a simple counter which overflows in that case.
