It seems like part of the reason why this package hasn't been updated is
that the chosen upstream source (
http://flag.blackened.net/intanark/faq/mirror.html ) hasn't been updated
since the sid version.
http://anarchism.ws/faq/ contains an 'easy' to copy version that is more
recent, but even that is out of date, but it would be a nice first step
