libgtksourceview2.0-cil is currently upgradeable on my system:

However, monodevelop is in the way because it depends on version << 0.11.
If I do a full-upgrade using aptitude, its default behavior is to keep
libgtksourceview2.0-cil at its current version.
Synaptic, on the other hand, wants to remove monodevelop right away and
does not leave me a choice. I have to manually hold the version I have
installed so that monodevelop does not get removed.
Expected behavior: Provide a choice to accept the changes or look for
another solution to the dependency problem as aptitude does.
