This RC BR is keeping apt from migrating to testing. Even though it is
now over a month old, there is currently no follow-up from any apt
developers to the BR.
Could someone please have a look?

after i removed konqueror with apt-get remove konqueror it runned well,
but when i then tried to use apt-get, it crashed everytime i
tried an operation.
