Bug#447727: iso-codes: Please consider bzip2'ing the .debs

Hello,

since iso-codes contains a lot of text documents, it particularly
benefits from compressing the debs with bzip2. This saves download
bandwidth and space on CD. Trivial patch attached.

dpkg supports this feature since 1.10.24 [1] (i. e. since before
sarge).

I just proposed that last week-end when I saw the Ubuntu patch,
indeed..:-). I was waiting for co-maintainers comments but I don't
really see any harm that would be cause by your proposal.
