The problem seems to not happen anymore in recent versions of SciTE.
IMO this bug can be closed.

SciTE become very unstable for sometimes now...
It's happen each time I try to open a file with the toolbar and sometimes when I try to
save a file (also with the toolbar)...
There is no error, but a segfault !
