I've found a solution for this bug.Just add these two lines in
/usr/lib/glipper/glipper
# comments
import time
time.sleep(x)
Where x is an integer greater then 5.

Hi,
Sometimes, glipper crashes when I start my session.
This happens in random circumstances in about 1 out of 10 of cases.
Please find the debug log attached - I am not sure it is useful, do not hesitate
