Package: libiptcdata

Hi,
is there any particular reason why this package has priority extra?

This gives some warnings about gthumb, which depends on libiptcdata0, which is
priority optional instead:

http://qa.debian.org/debcheck.php?dist=unstable&package=gthumb

I'm going to adopt that package, so I'm looking for any problem it might have.
