Justification: Debian Policy 3.5 and breaks system.
I do not habe libsane-extras installed, as this is only suggested.
Might it be the case, that your dependencies are not set up correctly
and libsane is indeed required than only suggested?

reassign 459424 libsane-extras 1.0.18.13
close 459424 1.0.18.14
