Package: stunnel4 Version: 3:4.21-1 Severity: normal /usr/share/doc/stunnel4/README.Debian says: "The certificates default directory is /etc/ssl/certs, so cd into that dir [...] stunnel.pem will be used by default by stunnel". This is incorrect and confusing, because stunnel when run without config file or -p tries to use /etc/stunnel/stunnel.pem:
$ stunnel 2008.01.15 20:24:26 LOG3[22177:3082679984]: /etc/stunnel/stunnel.pem: No such file or directory (2) And the default config file /etc/stunnel/stunnel.conf contains references to /etc/stunnel/mail.pem. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-ovz028test018.1-smp (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages stunnel4 depends on: ii adduser 3.105 add and remove users and groups ii libc6 2.7-5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8g-3 SSL shared libraries ii libwrap0 7.6.dbs-14 Wietse Venema's TCP wrappers libra ii netbase 4.30 Basic TCP/IP networking system ii openssl 0.9.8g-3 Secure Socket Layer (SSL) binary a ii perl-modules 5.8.8-12 Core Perl modules stunnel4 recommends no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
