Bug#461756: xserver-xorg: when wine is executed, X shutdown

2008-07-13 Thread Thomas
Hi,

Sorry but I don't remember. I think it was Profnotes, a software for
french teachers.

2008/7/12 Julien Cristau [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

 reassign 461756 xserver-xorg-video-nv
 kthxbye

  nv.log = /var/log/Xorg.log.0 with nv driver
  nvidia.log = /var/log/Xorg.log.0 with nvidia driver

 The nvidia issue would probably be fixed by reinstalling the driver
 properly, and isn't anything we can fix, so let's try to focus on the
 other one.

 When you get a black screen with nv, what app are you trying to start in
 wine?

 Cheers,
 Julien

Can you send the corresponding log and see whether something appears in
this log when the problem occurs?
