please provide a way in libpam to use /lib32/security for 32bit pam modules
on amd64 and /lib64/security for 64bit pam modules on i386.

32-bit applications that wish to use PAM fail with error code
PAM_MODULE_UNKNOWN because they cannot load 64-bit PAM modules.
There are no 32-bit equivalents to /lib/security/pam_*.so.
Proposed solution:
provide 32-bit versions of the PAM modules
