The only way to view/access them is changing global KDE font sizes (and using a magnifying glass). To reproduce this bug: simply use 12pt fonts in 120dpi, or try with French locale for ex. (sentences are longer in French) and click any of the "Options" buttons. Every single item, group of item, or frame, has a fixed size, so labels are truncated and some lines are hidden.
