The way I had azureus setup when I minimised it would appear as an icon
on my system tray, and neither double clicking or single clicking will
bring the application back up from minimised. Neither will right
clicking and using show azureus.

When you minimize Azures, does it appear on your task bar?
What exactly happens when you click on the minimized item on your task bar?
Does it appear in your system tray icons?
What exactly happens when you click on the icon in your system tray?
