Locale: LANG=pl_PL.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Is this also the system locale and/or root's and/or your mailer's
locale? I think warnquota only pipes some information to sendmail but
does not set any locale information.
