 Is this progressing?

I haven't seen a response from you to my most recent question:

 As far as I can tell, there are no outstanding issues you want

 you can ‘bzr clone’ my Debian repository and do some more picking :-)

Ugh, that one got lost in my mail, sorry. In fact, would you mind
bouncing it so that I can keep a record?

Nah sounds good, let's make a release. If you would build the source
package and upload the dsc along with the other files, e.g. to
mentors.debian.net, and then passed me the URL to the dsc file,
I can do one as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay. Shame on me.

 I would of course appreciate any constructive feedback resulting from
 inspection of the package.

quick points:

debian/control:
  s/^VCS-/Vcs-/ I think, but not sure it matters. Same for s/bzr/Bzr/
  Description sa bit too short for my taste, maybe mention VCS?

debian/copyright:
  why are the two GPL2+ boilerplate texts of different lengths?

debian/get-orig-source:
  VCS_URL is file:/
  I've never used pristine-tar in this way

Otherwise it looks good.

Generally, I don't like set-root, I think that should be called
init.

Also, why doesn't be commit after it takes an action? I think it's
kinda weird that I have to commit after creating a new bug.

I think this is ready for upload, but it would be nice if the above
issues could be addressed.

Thanks for your work!

  If you're interested in the 'bugs-everywhere' packaging work to
  date (would you like to sponsor my upload?), you can get it from
  VCS with::

  $ bzr branch
  bzr+ssh://bzr.debian.org/bzr/collab-maint/bugs-everywhere/be.debian/

 I'll sponsor it if you agree to hand-hold me through bzr stuff.
 Bazaar and I never got it on together... subscribed to the bug now,
 but feel free to ping me about sponsoring directly.

I have uploaded a ‘bugs-everywhere’ source package to
mentors.debian.net:

$ dget
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/b/bugs-everywhere/bugs-everywhere_0.0.193+bzr.r217-1.dsc

The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the ‘debian/get-orig-source’
program, for exporting the upstream VCS revision to construct an
original source archive. I don't understand why ‘pristine-tar gentar’
is failing to generate the tarball, complaining of a checksum
mismatch.

I would of course appreciate any constructive feedback resulting from
inspection of the package.
