Package: apt-file
Version: 2.1.1
Severity: normal

Hi. This is the same problem as bug #479585, but that one is about
experimental, where it is arguable whether apt-file should know that
experimental does not have a Contents file. For security.debian.org,
apt-file definitely should know that there is no Contents file.
