<sigh> old bug, back in again. Opening an URL like http://host/docs/file.pdf http://host/fax/fax01.tif should _not_ open a new window/tab, _unless_ such MIME type is handled by a plugin (or an external helper via mozplugger) that's supposed to draw into a browser's window (aka 'swallowed'). At some point they got it right, though seems they keep breaking it.
