OK, OK, enough already... I apologize for my intemperate language earlier in this thread. Several others have also mentioned the possibility to propose user packages via sponsoring, or via debian-unofficial. I intend to look further into this, as I feel that Wirth's elegant Oberon-2 language and its OO2C implementation deserve a package accessible to Debianites.
In the meantime, compiling the latest stable source (downloaded from the OOC pages at SourceForge) is an easy substitute.
