Is that reproducible for you?

Well, if all it did was install timidity then I fail to see how it can have 
any effect at all, as by default S99timidity does nothing until you 
explicitly enable it via /etc/default/timidity.

Could you check the content of that file just to be sure.

I fear that you're having another problem.

well i removed the S99timidity and reboot, next reboot everything was fine
the relation is that 99 is the last service to start and splashy calculated it
to be the 95%.

I just installed soundkonverter.

it's purged cause when i bug report i purged timidity

hmm as i said i just aptitude install soundkonverter, and voila timidity was 
there too

if you really need the config file i can install it again.
and if there's anything else to help please ask :D

There is no relation between the 95% in splashy and the 99 in the S99timidity 
AFAIK.
