Package: silc Version: 1.1.4-1+b1 Severity: normal -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
The silc client fails if the controlling terminal is resized while the private key passphrase prompt is present. Steps to reproduce: 0) Open a resizable terminal emulator (konsole, gnome-terminal, rxvt, etc). 1) launch silc within that terminal 2) While the "Private key passphrase: " prompt is visible, resize the terminal The silc client briefly emits "silc: Interrupted system call" and "[Error]: Could not load key pair" before terminating with status code 1. I'm afraid i don't have a fix for this behavior. --dkg - -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (200, 'unstable'), (101, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-1-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages silc depends on: ii libc6 2.7-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.16.4-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libncurses5 5.6+20080713-1 shared libraries for terminal hand ii libsilc-1.1-2 1.1.7-2 SILC library (silc-toolkit) silc recommends no packages. silc suggests no packages. - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) iQIVAwUBSKzHn8zS7ZTSFznpAQLv/RAAjjzGXnwBVeTSN2AEg63anygzOer1lNfB hslYEWWMO7JIrGwtLxW3I9FwzvMlqmH6JSE1bLysouyAoIz5v46MVUGGNp9HfpBA iwQC2g523XT+SU2F7oP4UovOPmPMa0Nmi6qUisnwPyfO+fTF3pmMRW/V9yNgXykT 8iTSMP1v4Ro5CSxj4MT455IYywFBkosjTU6HSDk2gB7z5GaJ8XbuV+HY/aivk0Ps MTyiJ1q/KS1RbPrfORsC/dNMk7c/WmG7hZiabExwzO4hl1esD0WWmqD+0Zv1XY8z 69FIH+UqG+bA4JfZ1Glvu+WPF2MK60tLc7vXqEfDOYKmKAfbHgOQgahqNw42srQs 57F6QQrD5OBH3LmB6yWarvwSaRuuHTRzyVB0ITe+Ecyi5rp9HnPQqYiwbTKl1BwU 9lRnHIkKsmpAB74bSba9gl976cvHfwlW/r3BS0csD8gaUTYGNImaINxGiiQvTbO9 t7ZGldmgCrz8o6MHVCdRcYSJzMpHeE9tEO9eWS7Oml2Cs+KJQ05acjd+fpenedEm k1puZAP78NEhz0xFWqEbi20tbRorMuZAwzhpprxLPYzXvs3EuvFlhuGiZ07+0j1I BFrAa4aggheIqMdGru5sfcWiOrIVV8jzMt8do8PfM+iQPOpcAMJ8DNq56NMsre39 mlo5T1lDgBM= =neb4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
