Package: nmap Version: 4.68-1 Severity: normal Hi,
the Debian nmap package fails to include the following files: /usr/share/nmap/nselib/comm.lua /usr/share/nmap/nselib/datafiles.lua /usr/share/nmap/nselib/http.lua /usr/share/nmap/nselib/tab.lua /usr/share/nmap/scripts/MySQLinfo.nse /usr/share/nmap/scripts/UPnP-info.nse /usr/share/nmap/scripts/rpcinfo.nse I think the fix is as simple as adding these to nmap.files. Without the above files, nmap's script engine breaks, complaining that rpcinfo.nse is not a file, like this: SCRIPT ENGINE: Initiating script scanning. SCRIPT ENGINE: rpcinfo.nse is not a file. SCRIPT ENGINE: Aborting script scan. Reproduce by doing "nmap -A -O -v scanme.nmap.org".
