Hello,
I have compiled aufs in the kernel 2.6.27 deactivating NFS support and
applying the patches splice and sec_perm in the kernel,
Now I am begging the tests,
then, in a Debian Live system; aufs is charged correctly, although that after
squashfs crashes when reserving memory for an inode

Have you tried the version in experimental? This should work
with kernel 2.6.27, at least according to the upstream changelog.
Still no success, at least the compile process stopped later:

Package: aufs-source
Version: 0+20080719-4
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source
The aufs-source does not compile into kernel 2.6.27.*:
/usr/src/linux-2.6.27.1# m-a a-b -f -t -k `pwd` -l 2.6.27.1 aufs
[...]
# Build the module
/usr/bin/make -C /usr/src/linux-2.6.27.1
