Package: aria2 Version: 0.14.0-1 Severity: normal
aria2c ignores the --show-files (and -S, it's short alias) parameter. It continues as if it wasn't specified. This makes the partial download functionality unusable, as you're not able to retrieve the item indexes from the torrent file. i.e. $ aria2c -S foo.torrent [#1 SIZE:0B/14B(0%) CN:0 SPD:0.00KiB/s] ... proceeds exactly as without -S. If you don't have a torrent file to test: # apt-get install cfv bittorrent && echo i love horses > a && cfv --announceurl http://localhost/ -C -t torrent a && rm a Also occurs in 0.9.0-1 (etch) and 1.0.1-1 (sid). -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (700, 'stable'), (400, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-6-xen-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages aria2 depends on: ii libc-ares2 1.5.2-4 library for asyncronous name resol ii libc6 2.7-16 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.1-21 GCC support library ii libgcrypt11 1.4.1-1 LGPL Crypto library - runtime libr ii libgnutls26 2.4.2-4 the GNU TLS library - runtime libr ii libstdc++6 4.3.2-1 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libxml2 2.6.27.dfsg-6 GNOME XML library aria2 recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
