Package: libvuurmuur0

After installing vuurmuur-conf I started vuurmuur_conf and got a lot of
messages regarding the permissions of the files that were installed.

Because the file /etc/vuurmuur/plugins/textdir.conf is owned by
libvuurmuur0, I file this report against this package.

I suggest that the package installs the files in /etc/vuurmuur with 700
permissions.

I'm using Debian unstable
