Hi, I tested it a bit more ansd there are other bugs within this
patch. when the system is idle and automatically set to away, the
contacts see an offline alert instead of the away message.
I'm wondering wether this bug will be corrected in lenny.

Hi, this weekend I tested it and among every feature I use, the only
one the is not behaving as expected is the webcam. when I invite
someone to see my webcam, this person did not get a popup windows
asking wether she wants to see it or not. in order to see my webcam,

I could not find a patch for kopete 3.5. If upstream (or someone willing to
contribute) doesn't make a patch, it will get complicated to solve it
