Mutt now recodes the charset of attachements before saving them, while
we can expect to get a one to one copy of the file.

The only workaround I've found is to pipe the attachement to vim or some
other tool. In that specific case, no charset conversion is done.

This has been reported to Mutt trac under reference:
http://dev.mutt.org/trac/ticket/3293

It seems to be a side effect introduced in 1.5.19 caused by:
