Package: postfix-policyd
Version: 1.80-2.3
Severity: normal

postfix-policyd logs everything to syslog with priority LOG_MAIL | LOG_INFO by
default. Although this can be changed, it then just logs everything
with the new priority (including serious errors) - such that messages
like this:

mysql_real_connect(): Access denied for user
'postfix-policyd'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

get logged in /var/log/mail.log

along with informational messages like this:

rcpt=242, greylist=update, host=..., from=..., to=...

If you have automated systems in use to alert administrators of mail
errors, then this is obviously of little use...

Thanks,

Tim.
