Bug#561929: uzbl 0.0.0~git.20091130-2 depends on libsoup2.4-1 (>= 2.28.2), 2.28.1 should be sufficient

Version: 0.0.0~git.20091130-2

The new package depends on libsoup2.4-1 >= 2.28.2. That's ok for Debian
Unstable, but Testing still has 2.28.1-3. And Ubuntu Karmic also has
2.28.1-2. Wouldn't 2.28.1 be enough? The previous package worked fine
with it.

Please adjust the dependency.
