I have contacted the AMD support. They said me that the driver 10.4 will be
compatible with Xorg 7.5.
The driver will ouput in April. (No specific date)

Yes, I confirm this bug. My notebook: HP Pavilion dv3 1124ca. It easts sid
release and cannot install `fglrx-driver' as described in this thread. I
also tried the newest driver package
(ati-driver-installer-9-12-x86.x86_64.run):
