There is bug reported in CPAN for HTML::Tree http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=49932 This bug breaks publican (https://fedorahosted.org/publican/) and Fedora guys keep the patch for HTML::Tree in their package. Could you please apply it too?
