Hello Yuri,
This warning is printed because po4a tries to guess when manual pages
are generated by looking for the "generated" word in comment. The
full comment is printed to help you determining whether this page is
really generated or not. If it has indeed been generated, you should
translate the original file. If not, as is the case here, you can add
opt:"-o generated"
into your .cfg file to hide this warning.
