Package: xfce4-settings Version: 4.6.5-1 Severity: minor This was already discussed on the xfce-pkg-devel mailing list and IRC. The issue is that a default icon theme is not set.
This causes many icons to be missing after an installation of the xfce4 package and the icon set used by a desktop=xfce installation to be GNOME. The fix was to change the IconThemeName in /etc/xdg/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xsettings.xml to "Tango" -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-686-bigmem (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
