I doubt this upload fixed this bug. This but is not about
QTC_MODIFY_MOZILLA (which, apparently, is off by default anyway) but about
the code I've mentioned in http://bugs.debian.org/590521#10 which can't
be disabled in the compile-time.

The modification is done in style/qt_settings.c::processUserChromeCss(),
add_menu_colors variable is set based on some configuration settings in
style/qt_settings.c::qtInit():
