Dear Yann, I have just submitted an ITP for spglib v1.10.1 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=882399) and found that your GIT repository for spglib already exists in /git/debian-science/packages, but seems to contain just an initial commit. Do you have any unpushed changes there? If not, would you mind if I start packaging spglib there (either on top or as a separate branch)?
