As a sidenote (I can fill a separate wishlist bug on this if you like) - I
think it would be better to have springgraph in a separate "springgraph"
package, on which signing-party depends.
The man-page of apt-rdepends explicitely mentions springgraph:
-d, --dotty
dotty takes a list of packages on the command line and gener-
ates output suitable for use by springgraph.
...and there is no reason why one would want to install "signing-party" for
apt-rdepends.
