Package: libconfig-model-perl
Version: 1.229-1
Severity: normal

Config::Model::Backend::Debian::Dpkg::Copyright seems to be somehow confused if License is not the last field in a paragraph:

$ cat debian/copyright
Format: http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/
Source: http://foo.example.org/

Files: *
License: BSD
 foo bar
Copyright: foo

$ config-edit -application dpkg-copyright -ui none
You should install Config::Model::TkUI or Config::Model::CursesUI for a more
friendly user interface
File of type Config::Model::Backend::Debian::Dpkg::Copyright has a syntax error
in configuration file:
        Missing 'Files:' specification at top of section number 2
