Aditional note - the same bug affects SQL* directives, at least
SQLShowInfo. Instead of displaying correct message, users get
corrupted message (swapped letters or something) and login fails (same
problem as with DisplayReadme).

of proftpd-basic (version 1.3.1-17lenny4). I had to install the
now-obsolete libcap1 package to do this.
