Package: w3c-markup-validator Version: 1.1-2 Severity: wishlist Hi,
the template footer.tmpl and the page footer.html include images from foreign sites. This leads to warnings from Firefox, if you access the validator via https and it breaks if no connection to the internet is available—the main reason, I've installed the validator on my private network. There's also a Javascript program in table.tmpl and intro.html that isn't included in the package. Please include all these resources in the package to make it more self contained and don't rely on external sources, e.g. are all these resources reachable and functionable with the version of the package during the live‐time of the stable release of Debian.
