The package fails to build on armhf due to missing rst2html.py command.
Ok this is a really strange one.
The package failed in the same way on both armhf and s390x which would
usually indicate a wider problem so I tried building it on some other
architectures but I was able to build it across a range of setups.
The package built fine in my amd64 pbuilder
The package also built fine in my i386 chroot.
Once i'd removed libqt4-dev* (and done an apt-get autoreomve) the package
built fine on my armel system.
I then decided to go back and try it locally in my armhf chroot, it built
succesfully there too.
Maybe it was a transitory issue of some sort in unstable. If noone has
any better ideas i'd suggest giving it back and seeing it the failure
still happens on the buildd.
