Package: scim-tables-zh

Hi,

I found that the description of the Wu Bi input method is a bit unclear:

1. It would be nice if the package stated whether it's using the Wubi86
or the Wubi98 or maybe still some other keyboard layout.

2. The link, given in the file README-Wu.txt, yields a 404 error.

3. It would be nice if someone could please supply an English language
translation of this file (least important).
