This will be closed in the upcoming release, but a little more explanation is in order.
Firstly, the extract script is removed and replaced by xgettext which
supports PHP nowadays, which is why this bug can now be closed.
The dependency on libawl-php is because the creation of full translation
files for DAViCal depends on translating some strings which are present
in the library - it's not needed for the execution of any code in this
instance.
