Closing this old Debian Edu squeeze bug. From what I have seen
recently, KDE4 with Debian Edu Artwork enabled works very well in
recent nx-libs [1] implementations.

With default KDE4 profiles the panel bar does not resize on resolution
changes. Such resolution changes occur regularly when using NX/X2go
with desktops.
The default profile should set the panel bar to
o centered
