I thought after that it may be easier to just list the cursor names in
the xsetroot page, since a user stands a good chance of not having the
library programming docs.  The list isn't terribly long.

As far as xrefs are concerned, upstream is trying to settle down for an
appropriate solution, and we're in touch with them to make that work.
