I do not need to tweak any options anymore to see it play when using the
latest version of xul-ext-noscript (2.6.9.39-1), can you please confirm
that the issue is fixed now? (idem for video.debian.net, aka
meetings-archive.debian.net now).

With default configuration, navigating to the ogv video

causes noscript to block an object video/ogv.

After unchecking /Options/Embeddings/"Forbid other plugins", and after a reload 
of the document, noscript doesn't complain anymore.

I'm not sure, if blocking ogv videos is considered as a feature or as a bug.
