when installing a new squeeze system i noticed that it's not possible to make grub install into multiple MBRs using the installer. since my boot partition is on a RAID1 i'd like grub to be installed with redundancy, too. IMHO ubuntu supports this. workaround: after install: for DISK in sdb sdc sdd; do grub-install /dev/$DISK; done probably this is an issue when upgrading grub, too. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (990, 'stable'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
