I don't know if pyatspi is the same thing as at-spi, but if yes I
believe it's packaged in experimental. But numerous bugs are in it,
that's why it wasn't packaged in sid.

Well actually there is python-pyatspi (built from at-spi) and
python-pyatspi2 (built from pyatspi) that conflict with each other.
